Circle with client name, Target

Hitting the mark.

Red, white, and true. When you’ve got one of America’s strongest brands, you want to make the most of it. We designed and wrote a substantial sustainability report that helped Target look and sound more like Target.

Working from the outside in. Our design concept situated Target’s business squarely in the context of the world around it, emphasizing the company’s commitment to design thinking and making clear its concern with, and connection to, communities and supply chains worldwide. We presented dense content in digestible sections with plenty of breathing room and visuals, and employed a thoughtful, friendly, conversational voice aligned with the brand consumers love.

Complexity without complication. When you dig into it, corporate sustainability can be technical, and it’s easy to get lost in the weeds. But the story often lies in those details. We helped Target report progress against their sustainability goals and more, with accessible charts and graphs and succinct explanatory copy developed for maximum clarity and a broad audience.
